Took the steps to purchase the full DR Studio last night and after installing it - they suddenly all worked. Uninstalled antivirus, dropped firewalls etc. I've been through the uninstall/install routine a few times. Here’s a video from benoinstudio explaining more. To remove both Mark In and Mark Out, Press Alt + X (you guessed it, on Windows).To remove a Mark Out, Press Alt + O (again on Windows).To remove a Mark In, Press Alt + I (on Windows).
How do I get this out and get back to my work?Ī bit of duckduckgoing revealed the solution: I am still learning how to use Resolve, and just today I was adding text to a title, or at least I thought that was what I was doing until suddenly there was what I now know was a mark in on the screen. Video editing apps basically do the same things, albeit differently titles, lower thirds, transitions, export to different formats, and DaVinci Resolve couldn’t be more different in style and interface to Vegas Pro. I made a few videos on it and have gotten used to all the shortcuts but then I needed something more affordable. Previously I had learned video editing on Vegas Pro back when it was still called Sony Vegas. I use the free version of DaVinci Resolve 16 for video editing these days.
